Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sunshinefollowsyou.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 69E Waterside Trading Centre, Trumpers Way, London W7 2QD.
We are a small independent family owned business so return postage will be the buyers responsibility to pay the cost of return postage. As a small business we cannot be responsible if your return is lost in the post or for items damaged in the return post because of poor return packaging. As you are the sender of the item, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss, as always we recommend obtaining proof of postage.
If your return is accepted, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or full refund provided your goods are unused, in their original (undamaged) packaging, including all tags, and in saleable condition.
Refunds and exchanges will not be provided for any items that are damaged, have been used, are missing their tags or packaging or in poor condition.
If you order your item in the sale, sadly we can't exchange your items, we will only be able to offer a refund or a gift voucher. This is in order to keep sale prices as low as possible.
If you wish to exchange item for a different size, you will have to pay postage again on the new item (APLLYS TO UK ONLY.) Please email us on hello@sunshinefollowsyou.com and include a note, we can only exchange for the same item, but just a different size. We can not exchange for new items entirely.
Time to time, packing mistakes can happen, if this happens to your order please contact us on hello@sunshinefollowsyou.com and we will send you out a replacement item and arrange for a return label for the incorrect item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on hello@sunshinefollowsyou.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
