All orders are sent by Royal Mail at a flat rate shipping fee of £4. Delivery usually takes 3-4 working days.

The Sunshine Follows You Team aims to dispatch your wonderful order within two working days of receiving it. As a small business, we currently only ship within the UK.

Please note that during busy periods, there may be a delay, but we will enlist the help of our Work Together buddies Dot, Pix, and Scurry to keep things moving as quickly as possible.

You will receive an email when your item has been wrapped and handed over to Royal Mail. All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail. Any delays in Royal Mail's service are out of our control.

Please note that we can't combine orders, as each order needs to be processed separately to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Sammy Snail always follows the process!

If you haven't received your order within their specified time frame of 3-4 working days, we ask that you allow an additional 4 working days before you get in touch with us. This just allows their service a little more time to catch up before we consider your parcel lost.

Our journey began with the disappointment of the array of grey and blue clothes for boys in many of the shops. We wanted all children to feel extraordinary in what they wear.
